As an alternative to the SHARP ROMs there's also the free OpenZaurus with OPIE as
GUI available for most SHARP Zaurus models.
Please not for the SL-C3000:
The SL-C3000 stores his OS on the integrated harddisk ! Backup and Restore of
the 16 MB NAND area won't help on this model, because there's only Diag,
Resetmenu and Bootloader stored, not the OS itself. Until SHARP releases the
"Rom" for the SL-C3000 as a single file theres no way for emergency recovery by
the user. Recovering the SHARP Rom is actually only possible by our technical
service (by removing the MicroDrive and restore partitions and content).
