NOTE: Ensure the sweeper isswitched off a nd thebattery isremoved
from tool b efore attaching orremoving the vacuum t ubes. The vacuum
tube and collection bag must beassembled
tothe housing before use.
Install battery after a ssembly
just p rior touse.
• Attach t hecollection bag tothepower head asshown i nfigure E.
• Remove the fancover from theside ofthe sweeper housing by
pressing the spring l oaded release button ( located onthelower right
side ofthesweeper housing) and pulling
t he cover off (figure G).
• Attach the vacuum tube assembly

to the fan inlet on the sweeper

housing (figure H) by lining up the
tabs on the tube with the slots on
the sweeper housing and push
inwards until the locking/release
button is fully engaged. (figure H1}
• Position the tube slightly above
the debris/leaves. Turn the unit on,
then using a side to side sweeping
motion the debris/leaves wilt be
sucked up the tube, mulched and
deposited into the collection bag
(figure L}.
As the bag fills the power of the suction wilt decrease. To empty
collection bag, switch off your product and remove the battery from
the tool. Remove the collection bag from the power head, unzip the
collection bag to empty. Re-assemble before continuing to operate.
When usedproperly on the correct applications, t his unitshouldnot jam. This
toolis not intendedtovacuumwetleaves or debrisandisdesigned primarily
for cleanupof hardsurfaceslike decks, patiosor garages. Thetool should not
be usedto vacuum litter or non-organic debris.
WHAT TO DO iF THE UNiT JAMS: (FIGURE M}
z_CAUTION: TURN OFF UNiT AND REMOVE BATTERY FROM TOOL.
If the unit motor stops, the fan has become jammed. If this
happens,turn the unit off then remove the battery. Remove the bag
and vacuum tube. Remove the jamming material using a small
wooden stick. Do not use a metal implement or anything, which
may damage the fan or scratch the plastic. Ensure the fan will turn
by hand before reassembling the unit.
If the unit stops picking up debris or the performance substantially
reduces it may have become clogged. Switch the unit off then
remove the battery. Remove the vacuum tube and look down the
tube to ensure no debris is blocking it. If necessary remove debris
with a small wooden stick. Do not use a metal implement or
anything, which may scratch or
damage the tube. Remove the bag.
If the bag is full, empty the bag. If
necessary remove any debris
from around the fan or unit outlet
using a small wooden stick.
Do not use a metal implement or
anything which may damage the
fan or scratch the plastic. Ensure the
fan will turn by hand before
reassembling the unit
