This section covers the most commonly used Voice Mail features. Once you log
into Voice Mail, there are a number of innovative features you can access. They
are also covered in this section. After you access Voice Mail, an automated
system tells you each menu option and which key to press to make a menu
selection. See "Boost Mobile Voice Mail Tree" on page 80.
Setting Up Your Voice Mail Box
You must set up your Voice Mail box before you can retrieve messages. The
following steps will tell you how to setup your mailbox. Before getting started,
see "Recording Your Active Greeting" on page 72 for information you may
want to include in your greeting.

Using your i50sx phone, enter your 10-digit Boost Mobile Personal
Telephone Number (PTN). For example: 2135557777.
If you are calling from a phone other than your i50sx phone, dial your
10-digit Boost Mobile Personal Telephone Number (PTN). When you
hear the greeting, press * to access your Voice Mail box.
The system prompts you to Enter your password. Enter the last seven
digits of your Boost Mobile Personal Telephone Number. For example:
5557777. This is your temporary password.
