Uninstalling the MCU (Motorola Client Utility)
Application
Perform the following steps:
1. Close the MCU application.
2. Insert the MCU CD-ROM into your CD-ROM Drive.
3. In case the setup application does not start automatically, press Start button at the bottom Win-
dows bar, select Run, type e:\setup.exe (the letter "e" stands for your CD-ROM drive letter) and
press Ok. The following screen appears:
The WDE1000 must be inserted into
your laptop computer before
uninstalling the MCU (Motorola
NOTE
Client Utility) application (see
"Inserting WDE1000 Into Your
Laptop Computer" on page 11).
The uninstall process deletes all
existing profiles. If you wish to save
your profiles, use the "Export"
NOTE
button to save each one of them
separately before starting to
uninstall and after the installation
use the "Import" button to restore
them.
Use the CD-ROM that contains your
installed version of MCU, or a new
version of MCU if you are upgrading
NOTE
the application.
