1. Check Cable
2. Replace power supply unit if AV Board is not shorted,
otherwise find out first where the short is.
Check L7808 (Ref 7301) and LD1117 (Ref 7303) and peripheral
circuit.
Check S12302 (Ref 7306) and peripheral circuit.

2. Replace AV Board if Mono Board is not shorted, otherwise
find out first where the short is.
Check LD1117 (Ref 7101) and peripheral circuit.
