9. Troubleshooting
Phenomenon: Cannot use wireless LAN and wired LAN at the same time.

of the projector?
Are you trying to access to
different network via a router?

Solutions
The same network address cannot be used
for wireless LAN and wired LAN. Set different
network address for wireless LAN and wired
LAN.
Either wired LAN or wireless LAN can access
to different network.
Set default gateway of either wired LAN or
wireless LAN to 0.0.0.0.
Solutions
Enter the IP address of the projector in Web
browser.
Enable JavaScript
How to set is different depending on the Web
browser. Refer to Help of Web browser, etc. for
details.
Recommended Web browsers are Internet
Explorer 9/10/11.

Projector Web Control may not displayed
correctly except in recommended browser.
Clear the cache.
