The Select Administrator Items screen appears, from which you
can make the settings and perform the operations described in
this section.
Key Tone
When ON is selected, the copy station produces a soft beep when
any buttons or keys are pressed on the touch screen, the control
panel, or the numeric key pad. The default value for this setting
is ON.
Standby Control
When ON is selected, the copy station automatically comes out of
the standby mode when a person stands in front of the copy
station. This shortens the amount of time it takes for the printer
to warm up after coming out of power-save mode. The default
value for this setting is ON.
