T he ex i sting pipe thickness meets speci-
f ications and the pipes are not damaged.
Check if ex isting air conditioner can operate.
Ex i sting air conditioner can
operate.
Perf orm cooling operation
f or about 30 minutes and
then do a pump down work.
Disconnect ex i sting air con-
ditioner f rom piping.
Ex isting pipes can be reused.
Connect a new air conditioner.

1 Flaring work should be done so that f lare meets the dimension f or R 410A.
Use f lare nut provided with indoor and outdoor unit.
2 W hen using gas piping of [19. 05mm f or SH W 112, 140.
Make sure that DI P SW 8-1 on outdoor unit controller board is set to ON. T his is to keep
the pressure on pipes within permissible range.

Make sure that DI P SW 8-1 on outdoor unit controller board is set to ON. T his is to
prevent oil f low ratio f rom lowering due to the decrease in f lowing ref rigerant.

T he pipes can be reused.

ref rigerant.
Note:
I n case ex i sting pipes were used
f or gas or oil heat pump system,
be sure to clean the pipes.
