Customizing Your System Configuration
As the computer environment changes, you may want to use the System Setup program to customize the configuration of your computer. The
System Setup program lets you control the hardware and software features of the computer. It also helps you reduce power consumption when the
computer is running on battery power. Refer to Appendix B, "Using the System Setup Program," in the Reference and Troubleshooting Guide for
information on using the System Setup program.
 Available Options
As your computing requirements change, you can extend your computer's capabilities with an Inspiron 3700 APR. You can also install a hard-disk
drive of larger capacity, increase system memory, and add functionality with PC Cards. Dell also offers additional modules that you can install in
the media bay, including a second hard-disk drive, a DVD-ROM drive, a CD-ROM drive, an LS-120 drive module, and a second battery.
