Troubleshooting
When problem occurs during operation, firstly please refer to the table below.
Iftheproblemstillpersists,pleasedisconnectthepowerplugandcontactthedealerforacheckorrepair.
Symptom
The operation does not start.
Sometimes there is no hot air.
The air volume is small.
Abnormal sound is heard.
Futon is not dried.
All indicators flash.
The alert indicator lights up, and
the operation indicators (Mode
and Cool down) flash.
Contact the dealer immediately in the following case.

When carrying the product, rattling sound may be heard around the
control panel. This is a sound of the magnet which detects turnover,
and not a malfunction.

Depending on the type or size of futon and the ambient temperature
or humidity, it may take longer time to be dried.
