    If you lose the fuse cover the plug must not be used until a replacement cover is obtained. A replacement fuse cover can be purchased from your local Panasonic Dealer. IF THE FITTED MOULDED PLUG IS UNSUITABLE FOR THE SOCKET OUTLET IN YOUR HOME THEN THE FUSE SHOULD BE REMOVED AND THE PLUG CUT OFF AND DISPOSED OF SAFELY.

    Do not let the vacuum cleaner pick up wet matter, burning ashes or large or sharp objects. This appliance should be serviced by an authorised Panasonic Service Centre and only genuine Panasonic spare parts should be used. Keep feet, fingers and hands away from the beater bar. Also avoid putting them between cleaner bodies. (It may cause injury) NOTE: This vacuum cleaner is designed for general household use only and is not suitable for use in a garage or to suck up liquids.

    F) HOW TO USE THE ACCESSORIES IMPORTANT: When using the accessories, keep the vacuum cleaner in the upright position and ensure that the cleaner is switched ON before moving the Beater bar switch to the STOP position.     C) BLOCKAGES If your cleaner stops picking up dust while the dust compartment is not yet full, a blockage may have occurred in the hose or suction pipe inlet. If necessary, remove the obstruction in the hose or suction pipe inlet as indicated. Suction pipe inlet D) MAINTENANCE FOR THE BEATER BAR CAUTION: Ensure the cleaner is DISCONNECTED from the mains supply before any beater bar maintenance.

    CAUTION: Before replacing any part DISCONNECT THE CLEANER FROM THE MAINS SUPPLY. We always recommend the use of genuine Panasonic replacement parts. To replace any of the following parts, place the cleaner in the horizontal position by using the pedal and turn it over exposing the underside.

    Important: The thermal cut-out will not reset if the unit is not disconnected from the mains socket. Mains lead IMPORTANT: If the mains lead becomes damaged, it must be repaired by Panasonic, or an authorised Service Centre or a qualified person in order to avoid any hazard.
