With a new instrument or an instrument with new gas tubing, you may need to repeat this procedure
multiple times to relax all the compliance in the system that can look like a false leak.
If you perform the test several times and the test still fails, check for leaks in the tubing or valves
between V1-GD and V1-R, V2-R, and V7-SH. Ensure the brass fittings on the gas manifold in the Gas
Control Manifold are not leaking. Check gas connections leading to the NDIR end caps. If all of those
items are correct, then contact GE Analytical Instruments for further information.

To continue the series of gas leak checks, leave the plug on the NDIR end cap outlet gas line and
proceed to the next section,
remove the plug for normal operation.
