 Clean the filters with a soft nylon
brush in a mild solution of hot water

– aggressive all-purpose cleaning
agents or spray cleaners for grease,

Depending on the cleaning agent
used, cleaning the filters in a
dishwasher can cause permanent
discolouration to the surface.
However, this will not affect the
functioning of the filters in any way.
After cleaning
 After cleaning, leave the filters to dry
on an absorbent surface before
refitting them.
 When removing the filters and panel
for cleaning, also clean off any
residues of oil or fat from the now
accessible housing to prevent the risk
of these catching fire.
Resetting the operating hours
counter for the grease filters
After cleaning, the operating hours
counter needs to be reset.
 With the deflector plate out, touch
the grease filter control  for approx.
3 seconds until the grease filter
symbol  goes out.
