    The majority of plastic dishes, even those designed for use in the microwave oven, are not suitable for cooking foods with high fat or sugar content, or for lengthy cooking times. Most microwave plastic dishes should not be used for longer than 3 to 5 minutes on HIGH power.

If a pad is pressed and no beep is heard, the unit did not or could not accept the instruction. The oven will beep twice betwen programmed stages. At the end of any completed program, the oven will beep 5 times.

  • Page 25 Rearrange pieces from the centre to the edge of the dish. Cooking in Layers This microwave oven is not designed to cook more than 1 layer of food. Cooking in 2 layers may not always be successful, it takes longer and may be uneven.
  • Page 26 Standing Time The moisture molecules continue to vibrate in the food when the microwave oven has turned itself off. After all, the molecules were vibrating at 2,450,000,000 times per second during cooking. So cooking continues even after the food is no longer being exposed to the microwaves whether in or outside your microwave oven.
