Fuser/Exit Section

Do not touch the belt and the STR for optimum copy quality and performance of the machine.

Open the Feed Cover 1.

Open the Right Side Cover.

Turn the Paper Transport Knob
counterclockwise.
Misfed paper is transported downward by
turning the knob.
Do not forcibly pull out the misfed paper
upward as toner may adhere to the transfer
unit and blot the next copy with toner. Follow
the steps below to remove the misfed paper.

Close the Right Side Cover.
