In case of power failure, approach a flame (burning
match) to the hole bottom of the oven, press and turn
the oven knob until the maximum temperature.
Gas block safety device
These models are equipped with a safety device
that blocks the gas supply when the flame is
accidentally extinguished. After burner lighting,
keep the knob pressed during 10 seconds until the
flame stay on and then regulate it.
In case of the flame does
not light or accidentally
off, turn immediately the
knob to closed position,
keep the oven door open
and wait at least 1 minute
until the gas released be
spread, preventing the
risk of explosion. Only then try to light it again.
Notes:
Before using the oven, remove any equipment
which is inside it and the other oven too (DTB and
DTX models).
Never store or use spirit, gasoline or other
flammable liquid and spray for cleaning and near
the kitchen.
Timer
(Except 56SB/56SX and 76SB/76SX)
Use the timer to account minutes whenever you
want to program the cooking time for a food or
using the grill.
This timer does not operate the cooking, nor
turn the oven off at the end of the selected
time. To activate the timer, turn the knob in the
Control Panel, first clockwise, until the end of its
course coinciding with the "60" position. Next,
turn counterclockwise until the indication of the
desired minutes in the range 0 to 60 minutes. At
the end of the selected time, a beep will sound.

Lamp installation, clea ning or
replacement
Warning! To avoid
shock when replacing, cleaning
or installing the lamp, make sure
the cooker is desconnected from
the socket. To remove the oven
lamp, turn the protective glass counterclockwise.
After removing the protection, turn lamp also
counterclockwise. Proceed inversely to place
the new lamp and the protector again. See the
lamp correct potency for your model in "Technical
Specifications".
Grill operation -

The grill is an electric heater
installed in the upper part of the
oven, which warms and emits
infrared radiation to brown, grill
or broil food.
Put food on the oven shelf and
position it according to the type
of food.
- fine beef filets must be placed on the shelf closest to
the grill
- Rolled roasts, poultry and others
must be placed on the center shelf.
To use the grill, you have to activate
the timer. Follow the directions
below.
1. Turn the timer knob clockwise
until the mark 60 minutes.
2. Turn the timer knob to the left and
place it in the desired time indication.
3. Turn the oven knob to the right
until the grill light on.
Note that the grill light next to the
knob will remain on while the grill
works. The grill is switched off at
the end of the selected time on the
timer knob or if you turn the oven
knob to the left until you reach the off position. For
safety, the electric grill and the gas oven do not work
simultaneously - the knob that turns the grill on turns
the oven off. When using the grill, remember that the
heating time is lower than the ovens. Be careful to not
burn food and neither burn yourself.

grillon; to the left, turns the oven
on. In the position shown in the
figure of the knob, the oven and
the grill are off.
