Loading a DVD-RAM Cartridge Horizontally

To load a DVD-RAM cartridge into a horizontally mounted drive, do the following:
1. Press the Load/Unload button to open the tray. The tray slides out of the drive.
2. Insert the DVD-RAM cartridge so that the label side of the shutter is facing up.
3. Push the DVD-RAM cartridge about 2cm toward the DVD-RAM drive.
4. Press gently on the shutter label so the DVD-RAM cartridge sits securely in the tray.
5. To close the tray, press the Load/Unload button, or gently push the tray in.
