    Answering Calls Setting the Volume You can change the volume of the handset speaker; in other words, you can select the volume at which you would like to hear the other party. When placing an external outgoing call, you also have the option of conducting the call via a private trunk.     Installing the Software Installing the Software Switch on the attendant console PC (if it is not already on) and start Windows 95/98. Insert installation disk 1 or the program CD-ROM. From the Start menu, click Run and select the setup.exe file on the disk or CD-ROM drive. During installation make sure that no other applications are open.
