Windows 2008
To enable the Telephony Server in Windows 2008, from the Start / Run menu type 'mmc
tapimgmt.msc' and press enter. In the Window that appears, under Telephony, right click
the server name and select properties. Check the 'Enable Telephony Server' box and click
OK.
The Telephony service will restart and the telephony server will be enabled. If there is an
error saying 'No Call Appearance Available' refer to Microsoft KB939394, that offers a
solution to that problem.
