Flashes in 0.5 second intervals when
the offset/gain setting switch is at
OFFSET or GAIN. Flashes in 0.1
second intervals when exceeding the
upper or lower limits of the allowable
setting using the UP/DOWN switch.

: When the offset/gain setting switch is
at SET.
: When the baud rate or the station number
setting is out of range.
When the baud rate or station number setting is
changed after power-on or reset.
When you forgot fitting the termination resistors
or the module or CC-Link dedicated cable is
affected by noise.
