THE PERMANENT FUNCTION BUTTONS

: Pressing these buttons will;

Decrease/Increase the volume of the receiver when it is being used.
2.
Decrease/Increase the volume of the speaker when the SPEAKERPHONE
function is being used.
: Pressing this button while on an active call will disconnect the call and

open the line for another outgoing call (you will receive dialtone again). If you are on
a 3-way conference call, it will drop the last call added.
(Conference): To make a 3-way conference call:

CONF

DIAL:
PRESS:
receive and open line with dialtone (if you don't, manually select an available line – if
no line is available you will not be able to complete the conference call);

(Transfer): To transfer a call to another extension:

TRAN

PRESS:

REDIAL

Pressing this button will place the call on HOLD.

(Located on the bottom left of your set)
The first number and wait for the call to connect;
