    2. Connect the other end to one of the projector's HDMI ports. If you are connecting an optical HDMI cable, you must also connect the cable's USB power connector to the 1000mA port. Note: The projector converts the digital audio signal sent from your video source into a mono analog signal for the internal speaker or a stereo analog signal if you are connecting to external speakers.

    1. If necessary, disconnect your computer's monitor cable. 2. Connect the VGA computer cable to your computer's monitor port. 3. Connect the other end to a PC port on the projector. 4.     Parent topic: Projector Connections Installing Batteries in the Remote Control The remote control uses the two AA batteries that came with the projector. Caution: Use only the type of batteries specified in this manual. Do not install batteries of different types, or mix new and old batteries.

    You can project over a wireless network. To do this, you must set up your projector and computer for wireless projection. Note: The Epson 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN module is not included with your projector and is optional. To connect wirelessly to your projector, configure the connection using the projector's Network menus.

    Installing the Wireless LAN Module To use the projector over a wireless network, install the Epson 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN module in the projector. Do not install any other type of wireless module. Insert the wireless LAN module into the USB Type A port.
