6. Disassembly cold module

1. Remove the 3 upper shelves, with flaps
and drawers.
2. Unscrew the 5 screws in the bottom
of the module (picture 1), and remove
the cover and the insulation.
3. Turn the holder for the upper ail channel
90° counter clockwise, and remove the
air channel.
4. Now it is possible to exchange the drainage
heater . NOTE that one part of the heater
goes into the drain cage .
5. Release the upper holders for the wire
condenser, and turn it backwards. Remove
the sealing around the corrugated drainage
hose and the cable (picture 2). Release the
corrugated hose from the lower hose.
5. Unscrew the 2 screws holding the module
and pull it out.
6. When the insulation on top of the
evaporator has been removed all details
are easy to access (picture 3).
A. Evaporator
B. Defrost heater
C. Air sensor
D. Thermostatic switch
E. Evaporator sensor
7. The quick coupling is mounted on the lower
back part of the fan holder. All of the
contacts for the module electrical
components are attached to this part of the
quick coupling. To get an easier access to
the coupling the fan has to be released.
The fan is held in position with 2 snap
holders (picture 4).
