SmartScreen Filter to disable the SmartScreen Filter
function.
For connecting the server blade Web console, the
system console OS and Web browser need to support
the server certificate with SHA-2 hash functions.
With Windows Server 2003 R2, install the hotfix shown
in the following URL:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938397/en-us
Java VM uses 256 MB memory per remote console or
virtual media console. When the system console has
not enough memory, performance may slow down. Use
a system console with enough memory.
To allow EFI to boot up, perform the following
operations.
Press the Enter key.
End the remote console, and then restart it.
Click the Refresh icon of the Web browser to update
the screen.
This occurs when with Internet Explorer, Tools >
Internet Options > Advanced > Do not save
encrypted pages to disk is selected. Clear the check
mark from it.
This occurs when with Control Panel > Java >
General tab > Temporary Internet File > Settings
> Keep temporary Internet files on your local
computer is not selected. Click the check box.
With the mouse, focus another window from the
remote console and return the focus to the remote
console. If this does not work, end the remote console
and then re-start it.
This may occur when the system console still has an
earlier version of the Java application. Select Control
Panel > Java > General tab > Temporary Internet
File > View, and delete all applications temporarily
stored.
Check if the server blade OS is in a state where key
input is not available such as Scroll Lock. If you cannot
solve the problem, end the remote console and restart
it.
Check that the mouse mode setting is corresponding to
the OS. If not, change the mouse mode setting. When
this does not work, change the mouse mode to another
one and then return it to the correct mode. When this
also does not work, end the remote console and restart
it.
