Test the AC411 speaker using another audio source (for example, a portable CD player, MP3 or mobile
phone).

Troubleshooting Guide:
Is the AC411 Speaker properly putted on the desk and no obstructions?
Make sure that there is no loose objects is hanging or touching the AC411
Try reducing the volume to lower level by rotating the knob counterclockwise
Make sure the wires does not interfere with the speaker
-Headphone no sound or distortion
Troubleshooting Guide:

Is the Headphone Aux-in cable properly plugged in?
Check if the Headphone plug is properly inserted into AC411's Headphone jack.
Check if the music file is not distorted when playing without the headphone or connecting a known good
headphone
1. Headphone No Sound in the AUX in mode
External Audio source not playing music and volume is 0%
Check if the platform Music Player or external Audio Source is playing music
Check if the Audio Source and the Dell AC411's volume are not set to 0%
2. Headphone No Sound in Bluetooth mode
Check if the platform Music Player or external Audio Source is playing music
Check if the Audio Source and the Dell AC411' volume is not set to 0%
Make sure Bluetooth is connected properly
