Toner Save Mode
‹ You can enable the Toner Save Mode in the Property Settings of the printer. The
life of the cartridge can be extended by selecting this option.
The printing cost per page is reduced, but print quality is compromised.
Notes
• When the toner is low, the LED indicators will light up as follows:
Start indicator is off
Power indicator flashes red slowly
If the printed image turns lighter or blurred, we recommend that you use the VOP
software that monitors the amount of toner remaining. Considering whether to
replace the toner cartridge.
‹ Actual printable numbers vary depending on image volume and density, number
of pages printed at a time, paper type and size, and environmental conditions
such as temperature and humidity. Toner quality degrades over time.
‹ For good print quality,we recommends that you use genuine toner from the
Lenovo.

10.2 Replacing the Toner Cartridge

Open the printer cover.

Hold the handle of the cartridge and lift the cartridge out off the printer.
Beware of hot surfaces.
