    Programming a recording with TELETEXT With this function programming a recording will be considerably easier. In TELETEXT you select the TV programme you want to record. All the required information for recording will be transferred and stored in a TIMER block. You can find more information on TELETEXT in the chapter ’TV SET FUNCTIONS’.

    Technical terms used Current tape position : The part of the tape currently being played. External source : A device connected via a socket (for example, scart socket) which is transmitting audio/video signals to the TV-VIDEO Combi. Index marking : A marking which is automatically made on the tape at the beginning of every recording.
