An inactive SFC block can be changed in units of blocks. Since an SFC program can be changed online in units of blocks as
long as the target block is inactive, efficiency of debugging and maintenance of SFC programs will be improved.

(1) An inactive block in an SFC program can be changed.
(2) SFC blocks other than the one changed maintain their active states.
Before using the online change (inactive SFC block), check the versions of the CPU module and the
engineering tool used.
