Section 5. VisionPlate Trouble Shooting Tips

• No display
- Check to see if the VisionPlate is in sleep mode. Touch the screen panel or push the Power
button for one second.
- Make sure the AC cord and the AC adapter are plugged in properly
• System hang
- Shut down the VisionPlate by pushing the Power button for at least four seconds. Then
reconnect the AC adapter and battery pack,
[Stylus]
• A gap exists between the cursor position and the tapped point
- Adjust touchscreen calibration by:
1. Taping [Setting]-[Calibration
2. Taping the center of each + mark that appears on the screen
[Power]
• The system does not boot up after pushing the power button
- Check to see that the AC adapter and power cable are plugged in correctly.
- Make sure that there is power from the outlet
- Check the battery connection.
• Short Battery Life.
- Repeat charging and discharging several times. If you still have the same results, the battery may
be at the end of its life
and reboot.
