To make a call using speed dial
��n the keypad, press and hold the speed dial's assignment. If the keypad assignment consists of two
digits, press the first digit then press and hold the second digit.
To create a speed dial for an item on the Start menu
1. On the Home screen, press Start.
2. Select an item and press Menu > Add Speed Dial.
�. Enter the appropriate details in Name, Value, and Keypad assignment . In Keypad assignment,
use the Left/Right navigation keys to select, or press to view the full list of choices.
5. Press Done.

Making emergency calls

Calls to emergency service numbers can be made even if you have locked the SIM card and/or your
phone.
To place an emergency call
Enter the emergency number appropriate for your location, and press Send .

Making international calls

To make international calls, you must first enter the international prefix (+), followed by the country
code and the rest of the phone number.
