If the installation is not successful – FAQ
Q1 Does the computer meets the system requirements?
A1 Check that the computer meets the system requirements
(  page XX).
Q2 Did the installation program start automatically?
A2 If the installation program did not launch automatically
after inserting the CD-ROM in your computer, click [Start] –
[My Computer] on the Windows task bar, and then double-
click the CD drive icon. The installation program will start.
