• Calls or Video Calls cannot be connected or mes-
sage and web connections are not available.
– Check whether No service is displayed, or is
H12HW out-of-range or in a location where signal
is weak or unstable? If yes, move to a location
where sighnal is strong.
– Check whether your mobile phone is Offline. If
there is on the upper right conner of the dis-
play, switch to another profile. ( P133
• Calls or Video Calls cannot be connected.
– Are Calls long distance calls? If yes, consult your
service provider.
– Is restricting outgoing calls in Call Barring?

• No names are displayed for received messages or
calls
– Those contacts' names are not saved in your
Contacts.
– This may occur just after turnning H12HW on.
Return to Standby and retry later.
Troubleshooting
• The predefined contents such as ringtone, image,
and name cannot be displayed when a call or video
call is received
– This may occur just after turning H121HW on.
When you receive a call or video call at this time,
you can only see the number but not the image.
• Bad commuication quality and calls often discon-
nect
– Is H12HW out-of-range or in a location where sig-
nal is weak or unstable? Move to a location where
sighnal is strong.
• Cannot charge batery
– Make sure the AC charger is firmly connected to
H12HW. ( P30
– Is AC charger securely plugged into an outlet?
– Is battery installed in H12HW correctly?(
– Make sure H12HW, battery, AC charger terminals
are clean.
– Battery may not charge beyond + and +35
– Battery may need to be replaced.
