Step One - The Remote Control
T he re m ote control is the ke y to opera ting your te le vision's m a ny gre a t fe a ture s. Be fore you ca n
ope ra te your re m ote control, you first ne e d to insta ll the ba tte rie s (include d).
S lide the cove r on the ba ck of the re m ote down towa rds the bottom of the re m ote control. Inse rt two
ba tte rie s ca re fully noting the "+ " a nd "– " m a rkings, pla cing the "– " e nd in the unit first. S lide the
cove r ba ck into pla ce .
Basic Operation
Turn the te le vision on a nd off by pre ssing the P
button a t the top right corne r of the re m ote .

a rrows a nd a re a lso use d with JV C 's onscre e n m e nu syste m . You will ne e d to use the se buttons
