Check before reporting a failure

The water purifier may not operate as desired if used incorrectly or if there is a minor cause,
even though the product has no fault. In these cases, check the following issues to solve
simple problems even without help from the service center (if the problem persists even after
checking the following issues, call the service center):
Symptom
The taste of the water
is strange.
The amount of filtered
water decreases
suddenly.
Purified water
is not coming out.
Water is not coming

Everything stops
suddenly while the
purifier is running.
Checkpoint
• Is the water tank cleaned?
• Is the water purifier used for
too long?
• Is it time to change the filter?
• Is it time to change the filter?
• Is the Tap water valve closed?
• Has 6 hours passed since
tap water and power were
supplied?
• Did you follow the
recommended filter
replacement period?
• Does the tap water supply
have no problem?
• Is the power plug connected?
➞ Power supply should be
connected to purify water;
if the tank is not filled with
purified water, no water will
come out.
• Is there overflow or leak?
• Is the power cord connected?
Solution
Clean the storage tank.
Empty the stored water and clean the
storage tank.
Change filters.
Change filters.
Open the supply valve of the source
water
Use after 12 hours from the supply of
tap water and power.
Request for filter replacement to the
Service Center.
Check the Tap water supply valve.
Check if the power cord is plugged to
230 V ~ 50 Hz .
Shut off the source water and power
and contact the Service Center.
Check if the power cord is plugged to
230 V ~ 50 Hz .
