Troubleshooting

Fault causes and rectification
The following table will help you to identify and rectify minor mal-
functions:
Faults
- No sound is coming from the headphones
Cause/remedy
- The playback device is not switched on or playback has not started.
Switch on the connected playback appliance and/or start playback.
- The volume control of the playback device is set to the minimum
volume. Increase the playback volume.
- The 3.5 mm jack is not fully inserted into the playback device's head-
phone socket. Push the 3.5 mm jack all the way into the socket.
Faults
- Sound is coming only from one side of the headphones
Cause/remedy
- The 3.5 mm jack is not fully inserted into the playback device's head-
phone socket. Push the 3.5 mm jack all the way into the socket.
- The stereo balance control on the playback device is incorrectly adjust-
ed. Adjust it to the setting you desire.
