Possible Cause

Retry programming, if possible move closer near the base station.
Check the handset is not emitting the out of range warning tone.
If close to other electrical device move it away. You may need
to reconsider the location of your base if this problem persists.
Max.25 names and numbers can be stored in the phonebook.
Delete some of older entries to make more space
If the base power was interrupted, the time will also reset or
perform Default. Please set the time again.
Reset all the user-set features to the factoryDEFAULT.
Ensure the base unit is correctly installed and connected.
Make sure that the power in ON.
Make sure that, only one internal and external call can be made
at the same time. Ensure that other handset is not already in
communication prior to use.
Try making a call from another telephone.
contact your network supplier.
Make sure you entered correct PABX code in PBX feature of
HM.
Ensure that the Adaptor power supply has been connected to the
HM and the adaptor is properly plugged into the AC power plug.
Ensure that the AC power should match the Adapter AC voltage.
Ensure that the battery pack has been correctly installed. Follow
the polarity marking of the battery and the drawing on NTLD1300
handset battery compartment.
If HM not work when first connected, charge the handset for
the recommended charging period.
Make sure you know your HM PIN
new handset to the base, make sure you follow the procedure
for registering of another DECT handset.
