Check the horizontal sync signal on I304

pin 11 and pin 8 TTL level.

1) Video cable may have failed.

2) Printed wire broke between P305 pin 3

and I306 pin 11.

3) FB311, R334 open

Check the vertical sync signal on I304 pin 3

and 6 TTL level.

1) Video cable may have failed.

2) Printed wire broke between P305 pin 14 and I304 pin 2.
