An extension cord should not be used unless
absolutely necessary. Use of an improper extension

If an extension cord must be used, make sure:

same number, size, and shape as those of the
plug on charger.
b.That extension cord is properly wired and in
good electrical condition.
c.That wire size in large enough for AC ampere
rating of battery with charger as specified below.

What is the "InfoLITHIUM"
The "InfoLITHIUM" is a lithium ion battery pack
which can exchange data with compatible video
equipment about its battery consumption. Sony
recommends that you use the "InfoLITHIUM"
battery pack with video equipment having the
mark.
When you use this battery pack with video
equipment having the
equipment will indicate the remaining battery time
in minutes*. However, if you use it with video
equipment not having this mark, the remaining
battery capacity will not be indicated in minutes.
* The indication may not be accurate depending on the
condition and environment which the equipment is
used under.
"InfoLITHIUM" is a trademark of Sony
