20 Chapter 2 BID Washer
Press the BID Washer Emergency Stop button.
Open the BID Washer front doors (see Figure 2-2). Note that the lower left door must
be opened first, as the two lower front doors are mechanically interlocked.
Mount the filter extractor over the filter.
Tighten the filter extractor over the filter.
To loosen, turn the filter extractor clockwise.
To release the filter hold it with both hands to avoid spillage, then turn it clockwise.
The filter weighs about 3 kg (7 lb).
Remove the second filter.
Drain the filters in accordance with the waste removal regulations for your
country/region. (See 'Waste disposal' on page 7.)
Mount the inner filter first, then the outer one. Make sure the rubber gasket is in place.
