5.6 Starter
5.6.1 To disassemble the Starter

1. Remove the M6 bolts (A) and remove the Starter
assembly (B).

2. Disconnect the electric wires that are linked to the
stop switch.

3. Remove the M6 bolts (D) and the M6 bolt (E) and
remove the housing (C). See Figure 2.
5.6.2 To clean and examine the Starter
1. Clean the Starter.
2. Examine the Starter for damages. Replace dam-
aged parts.
5.6.3 To assemble the Starter
Assemble the Starter in the opposite sequence.
