5. Enter the MODBUS start address for Reading (401010) with 1 Element and Read Only access, and then click on Apply.
(Another Address entry will appear below the first one.)
6. Click on Configure for the first address entry. The following screen will appear.
7. Enter a Tag for the reading and set the remaining parameters as in the image above, and then click on Apply.

Before DP – number of digits before the decimal place.
•
After DP – number of digits after the decimal place.
•
Be sure to select your previously enabled data log to begin logging the MultiRanger.
•
If a value should be logged, but not displayed on the Overview screen, set View to No.
•
Sign is register specific.
8. Click on Back to return to the list of tags.
9. Repeat steps 5 to 8 to add more registers for monitoring in SITRANS RD500.
