Appendix 5.3 When the ALM LED is turned ON or flashing

Check if there is a channel where
the platinum tempera-
ture-measuring resistor is not con-
nected
Check if the alert flag (XC to XF) is
turned on.
(2) When flashing (ON for one second and OFF for one second)

Check if the measured value ex-
ceeds the measurement tempera-
ture range specified in the input
range setting.
Check the error code list in appendix 4 and

correct the sequence program.
There is an A1S64TC hardware error. Return
