14. Troubleshooting

My headset stopped responding.
My headset is stuck in pairing mode
(power and mic muting indicators flash alternately
in green and red) and cannot be powered off.
The PS3™ system's advanced headset features
do not work.
Audio quality is poor.
In HQ mode, there is audio latency.
My headset does not work with my phone.
