Using the Sleep Timer

You can set the Sleep Timer so that the unit enters
standby mode automatically after a certain period
of time (Sleep Timer function). This function
operates even if the clock is not set.

Set the source selector on the
amplifier to the setting for this unit.

Play the desired sound source.

Press SLEEP repeatedly.
Each time you press the button, the time
interval changes as follows.
"SLEEP 15min" t "SLEEP 30min" t
"SLEEP 60min" t "SLEEP 90min" t
"SLEEP Off"( )

The time interval display disappears if you do
not operate the unit for 4 seconds, then the
?/1
Sleep Timer is set.
While the unit is processing the selected time
AMP VOL +/–
interval, the SLEEP indicator flashes slowly
on the display. It keeps flashing until the unit
enters the standby mode.
You can change the function (sound source,
such as the iPod & iPhone function, the
M/m/</,/
Home Network function, etc.) before the
ENTER
Sleep Timer turns the unit off.
After the selected time elapses, the unit enters
standby mode automatically.
To check the remaining time
before the Sleep Timer turns the
unit off
Press SLEEP so that the remaining time before the
Sleep Timer turns the unit off appears on the
display.
Tip
If you set both the Sleep Timer and Play Timer at the same
time, the Sleep Timer takes priority.
Note
If you perform the following operations before the Sleep
Timer turns the unit off, the Sleep Timer resets.
Disconnect the AC power adaptor from the wall outlet.
Update the system of the unit.
Enter the settings menu and perform "All Reset."
