The READ BLOCK LIMITS command tells the drive to return its limits for Block Length. The READ BLOCK LIM-
ITS data shown below will be sent during the DATA IN phase of the command. The command does not reflect the
currently selected block size, only the available limits. MODE SENSE returns the current block size.
One (1) byte is the minimum and 16 Megabytes - 1 byte is the maximum block size which the unit can support.
