Private records remain visible and accessible until you select the Security setting to hide all private records. To mask or hide private records You can mask or hide your private records. To view the masked or hidden records, you need to enter the password.
Performing common tasks Attaching notes In all basic applications except Memo Pad, you can attach a note to a record. A note can be up to several thousand characters long. For example, for an appointment in Date Book, you can attach a note with directions to a location. Tap the record to which you want to add a note.
