Resetting the settings to their default settings 
You can reset the wine conditioning unit's settings to their default settings.
 In Settings mode , use the  and  sensor controls to select
settings and select OK to confirm your selection.
 Use the  and  sensor controls to select
selection.
After a brief delay,
 Confirm the message with OK.
The initial commissioning process restarts (see "Starting up for the first time" in
"Initial commissioning").
The wine conditioning unit's settings will be reset to the following values:
