BASIC SETTINGS
To adjust handset volume
Press the Scroll UP/ DOWN key in the off-hook status
or during a ca ll.
To adj ust speaker volume
Press the Scroll UP/ DOWN key during speaker phone
operation, or during a call that is being played on the
spea ker.
To adjust ri ng t one volu me
Press the Scroll UP/ DOWN key duri ng ringing.
To adjust LCD contrast
Press t he Scroll UP/ DOWN key when in id le mode to
adjust the LCD cont rast.
MAKI NG CALLS
1. Lift the handset or press t he Speaker key to
receive dial tone.
2. Enter the telephone number of the required
pa rty.
CONFERENCE CALLS
1. Wh ile on a call, select the Transfer key.
2. Dial desired number.
3. After call is answered, pres the Conf Soft key
4. Three-way conference is established.

TRANSFERRING CALLS
1. While on a call press the Transfe r key.
2. Dia l destination telephone, hang up or wait for
answer.

SPEED DIAL KEYS
Ask your syst em administrat or for more detai ls if you
cannot configure programmabl e keys.
To configure a Programmable Key as a Speed Dial
key
1. Wh en t he phone is in idl e st at e, press t he
Feature Key. The LED is switched ON.
2. Press t he desired Programm able Key which must
act as a Speed Dial Key.
3. Use t he keypad t o enter th e numbe r information
for the Speed Dial. Only digits,
*
and# are
accepted as num eri ca l input in a Speed Dial Key.
4. Press th e Featu re Key. The LED is switched OFF.
To originat e a ca ll from a Speed Dial Key
1. Press t he desired Speed Dial Key, or
2. Lift t he handset and press the desired Speed Dial
Key,or
3. Press t he Spea ker Key and press the desired
Speed Dia l Key.

FUNCTION KEYS
One or more Programmable Keys ca n be pre­
programmed with a dedicated function or a
telephone number.
Ask you r system administrator for more details.
Function
Pressing th is key activates the function. You have to
do it wh ile off-hook. The corresponding LED is
switched ON.
Pressing the key once more de-activates the f unction.
You have to do it whi le off-hook. The co rrespond ing
LED is switched OFF.
