disconnection of the print head
2．The print head cable patch bad such as loose or damaged.
Solution
Slightly moistened with alcohol, with a clean rag and wipe clean the print
head and printing rubber roller test to confirm.
Verify that the printhead data cable patch normal no loose or
damaged.Replace the print head or the data cable connector.
