INTRODUCTION The HD-S23 Digital Terrestrial HDTV Receiver opens up to a new world of free-to-air terrestrial HDTV and SDTV programmes. The receiver can receive channels from both VHF band and UHF band TV station’s signals. All the major terrestrial free-to-air station numbers currently available in your area are listed in the on-screen menu. To watch a channel, simply select the channel number and you will be accessing a wide range of high quality digital programmes.

INITIAL SETUP If your service provider or antenna installer has already installed your TV system to receive terrestrial TV programmes, do not change any connections of those devices or installation settings unless it is absolutely necessary. If your receiver has not been configured by your service provider or system installer, then it will not be set up for any specific channel or frequency when powered on for the first time.
